GETTING TO INNSBRUCK
The Tyrolean capital Innsbruck is located in the heart of Europe and is easy to reach by plane, train or car.
In the city itself, most hotels, sights, restaurants and bars are located near Congress Innsbruck or Messe Innsbruck / Exhibition Centre Innsbruck.
Innsbruck main station is a hub for European north-south and east-west rail traffic. Accordingly, international long-distance trains from Munich, Vienna, Zurich or Verona as well as all regional trains stop at Innsbruck main station.
Innsbruck International Airport is around four kilometres and approx. 15 minutes from the city centre. This international airport offers good connections to European hubs such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and Vienna all year round.
You can also fly to Munich Airport and travel on to Innsbruck from there by train or shuttle service.
Innsbruck is connected to the main European motorways from the north (Germany via Munich), from the south (Italy via Verona), from the west (Switzerland via Zurich) and from the east (Hungary via Vienna).
From Vienna: Via the A12 motorway.
From Switzerland: Via the A12 motorway. Through the Arlberg tunnel or via the Arlberg Pass road.
From Italy: Via the A13 motorway (Brenner motorway). Toll road.

The favourable location of Innsbruck (north-south axis) also makes for a pleasant journey. Innsbruck has excellent Intercity and Eurocity connections from the cities of Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Verona and Bolzano as well as countless regional trains. The Congress Innsbruck can be reached by taxi in 5 minutes, by bus or S-Bahn, or you can treat yourself to a relaxing walk, which will take you to the Congress Innsbruck in just 15 minutes.

Bus lines H and The Sightseer stop directly in front of the Congress Innsbruck entrance on Rennweg. You can also take the regional bus line 540 from the main railway station directly to the main entrance of the congress centre (bus stop ‘Congress / Hofburg’). Other bus and tram stops on various lines are also within walking distance of Congress innsbruck.

To Messe Innsbruck by train
Innsbruck main station is just a few minutes' walk from the exhibition center. Alternatively, suburban trains and some regional trains (REX and CJX) serve the new ÖBB stop "Messe Innsbruck", which is just one stop away from the main station. The new stop on the Viadukt arches is just a two-minute walk from the Messe Ost entrance. The station provides direct connections to the Unterland and Oberland as well as in the direction of Brenner. Passengers can reach the exhibition grounds comfortably and conveniently via barrier-free entrances and exits with lifts, spacious access areas and traffic-calmed zones.
To Messe Innsbruck BY tramway Or BUS
The "Museumsstraße" or "Landesmuseum" streetcar stop is just a few minutes' walk from the station: streetcar line 1 in the direction of "Mühlauer Brücke" will take you directly to Messe Innsbruck in just a few minutes (stop "Innsbruck Messe/Zeughaus"). There are also several bus stops on different lines in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition grounds.
